For many years, our team members have had a close relationship with some of the best UK digital recruiters out there.
Now that we've formed Zabisco as an alternative option to recruitment for brands and agencies (particularly for freelance IA and freelance UE skills), we think there is a unique opportunity to continue working together.
We have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for digital recruitment consultants who we work with on a commission structure. Our model is to partner with consultants who need to place resources at their clients/agencies and supply our team as an alternative option. We're happy to negotiate a mutually beneficial commission package for this, but we only work with consultants who can introduce us to partners we don't currently work with.
